Options for managing and deleting your Downbeat4-4 data

Delete Specific Data

You can delete individual items within the app without removing your account:

• Delete a Band — Tap on a band, then Settings → Delete Band
• Delete Songs — Swipe on a song or use the delete menu
• Delete Setlists — Long-press a setlist, then delete
• Delete Shows/Practices — Access from the band calendar or list
• Clear Local Data — Within app settings, clear app cache to remove offline copies

Delete Your Entire Account

If you want to delete your account completely and all associated data, see Delete Your Account.

Data Export

Before deleting, you may want to export your data. Contact us at edipkoinc@gmail.com to request a data export in a standard format.

Local Device Data

Downbeat4-4 stores data locally on your device for offline access. To remove local data without affecting your account:

• iOS — Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Downbeat4-4 → Offload App (keeps app) or Delete App
• Android — Settings → Apps → Downbeat4-4 → Storage → Clear Cache or Clear Storage
• Web — Clear browser cookies and cache for downbeat4-4.web.app

Data Deletion Timeline

When you delete data from the app, it's removed from our servers immediately. Backups may take up to 30 days to fully purge.
